I recently talked to my brother and he told me that his reason for living was his wife and little boy. I recently spoke to him about this and wanted him to explain further. He was reluctant at first but softened up and it was at that time that I realized that the most important thing was not ripped abs or some useless but not completely useless thing, but the fact that another human being was the cause and mostly positive cause for wanting to soldier on.
